served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Stage 13, an unprecedented
six-time EMMY© award-nominated original content studio and production company,
incubated and launched in 2016 by a diverse team of executives led by Ms. Mogollón, and
a part of Warner Bros. Entertainment / Warner Bros. Television Group. Stage 13’s mission
is to amplify intersectional stories and champion creators from underrepresented
communities while forging meaningful pathways for innovative ideas and storytellers.
Stage 13 stands at the forefront of creating award-winning premium scripted and
unscripted programming for highly coveted, multi-dimensional audiences, having
successfully produced and launched a content slate spanning a range of formats featuring
over 20 projects, 200+ episodes across all media, achieving 90+ awards/festival
screenings, and 230 million+ viewers. Stage 13’s critically acclaimed original series
include SPECIAL (Netflix), IT’S BRUNO! (Netflix), TWO SENTENCE HORROR STORIES

Previously, Ms. Mogollón served as Executive Vice President and General Manager for
the award-winning mun2 cable network at NBCUniversal, the leading lifestyle
entertainment cable network targeting Latino Gen Z/Millennials reaching #1 in its
competitive set. In this role, she was responsible for developing and implementing overall
operational and P&L leadership for the business and all of its departments and executive
team across the U.S. She spearheaded the brand’s unparalleled growth strategy across
all business units within the Telemundo, NBCUniversal, and Comcast divisional portfolios.
Ms. Mogollón has been recognized as a “Woman of Impact” by Variety Magazine, one of
the “Most Powerful and Influential Latinos in Entertainment” by the Imagen Foundation,
one of the “Most Powerful Women in Cable” by CableFAX magazine, a “Wonder Woman

Ms. Mogollón is proud of her ongoing work and allyship with key industry organizations –

Board Director for NAMIC.
