Pauline Fischer Exits Netflix

Pauline Fischer has left Netflix to start her own consulting firm.  As a high ranking woman of color at the company Fischer was an early voice for diversity.  Fischer is credited with bringing Beasts of No Nation to the digital network.  See the full article in Variety.
